Laura Mercier‘s products are top notch and I am often advising people to try the foundations, concealers and powders; as I find them to be really good quality, many of which I keep in my kit. Secret Camoflage Concealer is a duo concealer, that allows you to custom blend to match you skin tone. The two colours are a combination of a yellow based and pink based concealer. The consistency of the product is of a cream, but it’s quite thick and although I’m a big advocate of brushes, I often think it’s better to use you’re fingers, especially when it comes to a product like this. I use my finger to warm product onto my hand and then gently pat and blend on to my skin wherever I need the coverage. The yellow concealer is great for covering any red areas, but I generally find that I always mix the colours together to get the perfect tone. The formula is oil free and very long lasting, I find it doesn’t budge or look cakey. The only downside is this formula is a little thick and dry to use underneath the eyes. If you did want to use on this area I would advise using a moisturising eye cream before hand and then use a little of the concealer, using more of the pink tone to warm any dark circles you may have. The concealers packaging is lovely, as you would expect from any of Laura Mercier’s products – it’s compact, chic and has it’s own mirror; making it a great product for touching up when you’re out and about…I love, love, love this product!
